Okay, in between this crazy busy Bike To Work Week, I’d like to include a very important announcement. Adrienne Johnson aka busbozo and I, have decided to unite blogging forces caused by the awesomeness of bicycles.
I am very happy to partner up with Adrienne, new friend, partner in bloggin crime and a great personal example as of how riding my bicycle has changed oh-so-many aspects of my life. It is in its initial stage, but will grow as we go. ♥Bikes and the City will remain riding its own momentum and light that it has always had, and will continue to do so.
Our collaboration is: ♥Change Your Life, Ride a Bike! A blog for people to share how riding a bike has changed how they see themselves and the world!
The Tweed ride on Thursday was so much fun. There was so many good looking boys -and gorgeous girls too, ready to have a super nice mellow ride around town. We started in the Union Square/Market Street area, headed to the Embarcadero and headed towards the pier at the end of Van Ness Ave-SF Maritime Aquatic Park. We saw Corpus Callosum perform very nice pieces of musical melodies.
It was great to have the signs that were made for patiently holding traffic, so that we had a smooth ride. Good job darlings!
♥A special thank you the number of you, chaps and ladies, that introduced yourselves with such kind words and lovely comments -Pleasure to meet you as well. I’m very happy to have met so many readers of this little blog of mine. Highly appreciated!!
Everyone having fun on a fine evening bicycle ride accompanied by our city lights, is just so beautiful!

I love meeting people on the bike lane. I was riding on Polk street to meet with the girls Friday night. Waiting on a red light, I happened to look back for a second and met this beautiful rider. Isn’t she adorable?! and that basket is super cute.
We chatted for a few blocks when I finally decided to ask to take her picture.
I’m often very shy about this but always go with my impulsive well, why not?
A block later she said it was her turn, and she wanted to snap a picture of me! So I handed her my camera and here we are.
♥It was a pleasure to meet you!
