bicycle parking, bike racks, chicas y bikes, coffee love, from the bike lane, fun, las neighborhoods in SF, north beach, ride on, the frenchie
Last Sunday I joined the fender mellow bike crew after running into them while getting coffee. A few days before this, Will had worked a few hours on Rosanna’s specialized putting those fenders on, and they turned out great. Fenders, we love them.
I was standing outside Four Barrel near the owner of the motorcyle at the bottom right. He had just parked and he noticed I took my camera out, faster than dirty harry’s magnum and looked intrigued. This piece of San Francisco-on wheels rode past us and mr. motorcylist looked back and me at a present 6’4 gave me a nod and said. “That is rad.”
Yup, I replied.
Later inside he told me “I’m glad there are still people in the city with cool shit like that. I really love that.” We cheered with coffee and went on with our lives, just like the cool cat in the high bike, went on with his ride.
♥ Have a lovely weekend everybody!!
A pretty mellow weekend. It must have been inthe high 30°s at some point. Damp and overcast but a good weekend to catch up, relax and then troll around the city for coffee.
♥ Friday night.
Heading to the Homestead birthday party that wasn’t there.
♥ Saturday night. We roamed around north beach. Indian food, Arrogant Bastards (umm the beer..), beanies, brick walls, the transamerica building in all its glory.
3 basketes, 3 mixtes and a fixie (James).
♥ Sundays are for lazyness. Ok uphill lazy kicks in as well. I have no problem taking the bus uphill for the next few weeks still. Especially through twin peaks, noe valley, pac heights and the presidio-lands, shown below:
